BURD Home Health

BURD Home Health is a leading agency for Arizona’s Agency with Choice program. The program allows people who need care to hire their family members, friends, or anyone they trust as paid caregivers, and the caregivers are paid by Medicaid. Our team assists in registering for the program, onboard caregivers, and manage payroll. Since 2017, BURD Home Health has been one of the most trusted home health care agencies. We are currently serving families all around Arizona and five other states. We provide in-person support in Tucson and remote support in the rest of the state. Our mission is to help families determined to keep their loved ones out of nursing homes or assisted living and receive compassionate, familiar, and dignified home care.
