The team was efficient, kind, and thorough. They ran a hearing and pressure test, explained everything clearly, and then referred me to an ENT for further discovery with a non-salesy invitation to come back if/when needed. I felt cared for from start to finish.

I'm an ex-performing musician, and my tinnitus largely went away with hearing aids which he recommended, so I haven't needed his treatment protocol. But I have had quite a bit of warranty work needed on the hearing aids which they are quick to assist with a cheerful attitude. I highly recommend them.
