  When it comes to GNC, maybe try another location. They have sale signs all of over the place, some say 'buy 1 and another half off', some say '50% off' and some items are marked both; however, when you get to the counter nothing is on sale. When I challenged the employee his only defense was that they just put those out. Nothing like getting lip service from a young kid on a deception that is not being corrected. What kind of business model is that? Hope it works out for you.

  Pretty disappointed with my experience here.I regularly come in to buy creatine, and an employee convinced me to sign up for their site-to-store delivery, saying it would save a little money and I could just pick it up each month. That sounded fine, but the timing didn’t line up quite right, and the product was delivered to the store without me picking it up, yet I was still charged $23. I came in to buy the product like normal and no one mentioned that my site-to-store order had already arrived, and I didn’t realize I had been charged yet. When I came back the next month to explain and asked if I could get the product that had already been delivered (and paid for), they told me it was only held for a few days and was no longer available. That doesn’t make much sense considering the store is fully stocked with the exact same product. I then asked for a refund since I paid for something I never received, and was told to call customer service. Customer service was just AI and dropped calls so ... feels like a big hassle for a product that should be really easy to refund or provide. For a service I was pretty hesitant to sign up for. I’ll probably just shop somewhere else going forward.

  Shipped me the wrong product. Then wouldn't accept the return. I ordered again and now it's delayed. Called the store and got treated with rudeness and disrespect. I do not recommend buying through this store. I ordered HCL Creatine and they sent me vitamins and wouldn't accept the return
