I keep getting delays and delays, and at one point my entire prescription was cancelled without my authorization. I have had to call multiple times to clarify that I do not want to use insurance for a specific prescription, and every time I call back the next day and they say "we are waiting on your insurance." The people here either think they know better than me, or just incompetent. If you need prescriptions filled, DO NOT rely on them here. They are a joke.
