    Everyone is so kind at the studio including the front desk workers and the instructors! I take the majority of my classes with Jessica B and she’s always very informative and offers levels of challenge for every experience level, and has a ton of knowledge about the body as well.

    I’m visiting Tempe for a few days and wanted to keep up with my Pilates workout so I booked a Control and Balance class here. Let me start by saying it was wonderful! The entire place was spotless, including the bathroom (which was bright and spacious, and offered lotion as well). The teacher, Hailey, was excellent! Her instructions were very clear and offered a variety of different levels of exertion. I loved every minute of it!

    Wow this place is persistent. I saw an ad for a free class I thought “hey this could be fun! I always wanted to try Pilates!” So I requested more information for the free class. Within a few hours I got a call. I was a bit busy at the time and I told them I would get back to them when I was available. THEY CONSTANTLY CALLED, TEXTED, EMAILED, AND LEFT ME VOICEMAILS. It felt as like credit and collection was calling me! It almost felt like I was being harassed to take a free class. This was very off putting for me to actually come try out the free class.
