Joseph and I selected a really strong frame and I was able to add plastic lenses, all for $99. The process was very quick and Joseph and his team were very nice. I don't expect glasses that I can't wear and I don't expect to be insulted (twice) by the person who is adjusting them to my face. More than 30 days have passed, and they are still awful. No, I won't return to try to have someone there adjust them (again). But I will tell you this. Before you buy your glasses at this Lenscrafters, think twice. There are many options for you and this should not be one of them.
