  Miss Darla was really great. She helped us! We got an appointment, so my dad could hear again. It was the biggest blessing in life for him, but for all his family too! Dr. Shayne is really wonderful and so full of patience. We are so happy and very thankful she took care of my father like a super star!!!! He did testing for his hearing, proper testing and has the very best hearing aids. He loves them. So exciting.....thank you very much! You are a fantastic company, but these two ladies are absolutely amazing!! Thank you again.....🥰

  I’d give more stars if I could. Great service. Very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Shayne is just excellent. Offered several good solutions to my issues. I highly recommend this office.

  Darla went above and beyond to help me fix my hearing aids. This location is very special because everyone who walked in had a smile on their face. The customer care is incredible and this will be my new location. It's worth the drive! Thanks AudioNova 5 STAR!

  Dr Shayne has been my audiologist for many years. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I love my hearing aids!
