- RTRachelle Thompson5 days ago5.0Highly recommended!!! Karina and Phyllis did an amazing job with my mom, Mary. She has dementia and was not easy to deal with. Both the care team and Jason were very helpful and understanding when she would kick them out or not let them in. They learned how to get her to do what was needed and redirect her. It was not easy for them and we knew it. They gave us piece of mind knowing she had company and was safe while they were in the home. They were also kind and chatted with her like friends which made her feel good as well. They even made the effort to bring her treats when they came to help smooth over their entry into the home. The service is worth the expense!

There are so many questions, concerns, and emotions and the run deep. When it’s time, call Home Instead. They can walk you through your needs and the process. Once you are with them you will feel confident your loved one will be cared for like family. Our needs rapidly evolved from hours to half days, to full time care. These flexibility needs were meet as fast as they changed. The care providers were top notch. They showed compassion for our family beyond a job description and for the entire family, not just the person care form. They were able to satisfy our critically decerning family, friends, and loved one. Our loved one was comfortable and retained their dignity through their declining status because of Home Instead.
