My very favorite treatment was a chakra balancing with color therapy. I went in completely depleted, and felt alive again after the session. Elizabeth is a wealth of knowledge and is patient, organized, and detailed. Her cooking classes are absolutely divine and delicious❤️ I am forever grateful for Thrive! Oh, and I love all of the teas and supplements carries.
