Cat was AMAZING at taking care of my eyeglass purchases. She was Very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and knew how to work with my insurance to get me the best value. By the time I did a little shopping in the area I got a text that all 4 pairs of readers were ready for pickup! I highly recommend Eyemart Express!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Eyemart Express in Sierra Vista! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Cat, who was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain my insurance coverage to me in a way that was easy to understand and helped me sign up for the try-now-and-pay-later option. Thanks to her help, I was able to get TWO pairs of glasses for free! Cat went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and was getting the most out of my insurance. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping their customers. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and I left extremely happy with my new glasses and the experience overall. If you need glasses, I highly recommend Eyemart Express in Sierra Vista. And if you go, ask for Cat — she is absolutely amazing! Thank you to Cat and the entire team for such incredible service!
