  I was impressed even BEFORE I took my first class. Natalie touched base with me multiple times to see if I was ready to get started and if I had any questions. ( I have just recently moved to Sedona from out of state, and was excited to get started with Pilates, but I was still doing moving in type jobs) Anyway, Natalie made me feel very welcome, and then when I went in to sign up, she explained everything very clearly so I understood the flex plan versus regular membership. I went to my first class and was impressed with the instructor and her explanations of each move were clear and easy to follow. She gave individual suggestions and tips to help follow the move. Great class! I ended up signing up for a regular membership and am getting ready to head to a class now. Another fun aspect is the unique events that Club Pilates holds. And they are free for members! I’m going to a Pilates and Pinot this Saturday at a local winery. I’m sure I will enjoy all the instructors and look forward to becoming a regular here!

  The class I took at the Sedona club was fantastic!! The club is beautiful the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been doing Pilates for years and the class I took was very challenging. The instructor was amazing!! I highly recommend this club.

  I got my membership in March and I have been enjoying it so much! The instructors are so kind, educational, and make sure you are always comfortable and doing the movements correctly.

  Love this place. I am new to Pilates since January 26 and have taken wonderful classes with Tamera, Leslie and Kirsten. These are professionally trained Pilates instructors who have made Pilates one of their lifetime achievements and have been practicing for years! They understand how the body moves and how it is suppose to move on the reformer and mat work. I also love how they have a Changing room. Clean, beautiful studio and myriad class schedule to choose from. Great addition to Sedona!

  A friendly and welcoming Pilates studio! It was so nice to walk in as a stranger and feel immediately welcomed into the space. Getting set up as someone who is only in town for a bit was totally straight forward, the class levels were easy to understand and the instruction was amazing. Love the space and I’ll definitely be a regular!
