Dr. Loud was not very compassionate and was actually cold and indifferent. His body language and expressions when explaining the procedure he was doing to do was well below professional. Perhaps he treats patients differently, depending what office he working out of. I was not impressed with his service and he really did not stand out from the rest in good light. Again, maybe he was having a bad day? I would not recommend him to anyone of my family, friends or anyone else for that matter. He should work on his delivery. Maybe he is a great oral surgeon, but maybe he is not. He certainly did not act like he truly wished to bring relief to my family member, who had been suffering from a severe dental ache. Dr. Loud, please remember that your profession is not only about making money, but it is mainly to help PEOPLE in distress. I wish you well and really hope your people skills improve. Empathize with people and be a little more humane.
