  Employees were very personable! Told them exactly what we were looking for, and they pointed us in the direction we needed to go, informed us of the promotion that they had going on and they were very nice and very, very helpful! Would recommend visiting their new location in Kierland!

  Chris was amazing! She helped my husband, Mark, find both eyeglasses and sunglasses, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. We shared our general style preferences based on what Mark had liked in the past, and she quickly guided us to several great options. She listened carefully to our feedback, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. In less than 15 minutes, Mark had selected both a pair of glasses and sunglasses. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She took all of his measurements, reviewed his prescription, and the checkout process was seamless. She applied our insurance without a hitch, and everything was handled quickly and effortlessly. Chris provided outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend working with her. She made what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience feel easy, enjoyable, and stress-free!

  Didn’t know they were opening up a new store, grateful that they will have a Dr. on site. This store is so much bigger and brighter than their other one. My friend and I went in there. I need new glasses and sunglasses and my friend needed new sunglasses. Our sales associate Chris was so patient with us, how did she know exactly what we were looking for. Chris was the perfect person we needed, helped us to pick out the frames that fit our personality and needs. Definitely found my place to go back to for years and years. Thank you Chris for all your hard work and dedication. Definitely stop by this store so many cool selections.
