  I recently moved states and I have very complicated backstory and medical needs. When I say, Vital Care Infusion has fought for me since the moment I first talked to them, and my insurance started messing around and denying things and then approving, and then red denying I have never had an entire company stand behind me. Karen, who is my main point of contact has truly been remarkable. Hours and hours getting the runaround being transferred from person to person and then hung up on. She still didn’t quit fighting. At the beginning of the new year when they screwed everything up again, she went out it again. And then they tried to not pay the company the pharmacist, the home health nurse, and she had to fight with them again. If you need Home health, infusion services, and you are in the Arizona and California area don’t waste your time. Come straight to. VITAL CARE INFUSION SERVICES!!! even the pharmacist department cares for me as if I am a family member that they love Leo and Europe have been awesome and I honestly wish I knew every person‘s name there. And I am not being dramatic when I say I owe them my life.
