  After dealing with chronic back pain for 15 years from a herniated disc, numerous doctor's appointments and hours of PT this is a place that has given me the most improvement of my symptoms. I'm not 100 percent better but improvement has been better than any other places I have been treated in the past. The doctors are kind and genuinely want to help. I'm hopeful for the first time in years thanks to The Scottsdale Chiropractor

  UPDATE – October 25, 2026 | Response to the Owner I appreciate the owner's response, but several statements misrepresent my experience. I made an effort to acknowledge the excellent front desk and physical therapy staff, so it's disappointing to see my concerns characterized as dishonesty rather than addressed constructively. Pricing: During my second visit, the chiropractor wrote down a three-month plan costing approximately $4,100 if paid in full or $4,400 otherwise. I may be off by $100, but I clearly recall figures in that range, not the $2,500–$2,800 stated in the reply. He kept the paper, and I encourage the office to check any available records. Treatment: I did receive rehabilitation exercises and an inflatable back device I pumped myself, and I appreciated the physical therapy staff's care. The chiropractor also briefly used an ArthroStim instrument and laser therapy. I should have been clearer that I meant no traditional manual adjustment was performed, not that no treatment occurred. Communication: I explicitly requested a traditional adjustment from the beginning and repeated that request during my second visit. I also told the chiropractor I noticed no improvement in neck mobility after the laser treatment and questioned whether its perceived effect could be placebo. Only near the end of that appointment did he explain that a hand injury prevented him from performing traditional adjustments. I don't criticize his injury; I question why this wasn't explained sooner. I also told him I needed considerable time to consider the proposed plan. I stand by my experience and the praise I gave the staff. As a fellow business owner, I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for clearer communication, not a reason to question a patient's integrity. ORIGINAL REVIEW I visited for a neck injury causing nerve-related symptoms down my right arm and into my back. I clearly explained that I wanted a traditional manual chiropractic adjustment. My first appointment involved an evaluation and X-rays; I was told treatment would follow at my second visit. The front desk and physical therapy staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. During the second visit I received rehabilitation exercises, but my discussion with the chiropractor focused heavily on laser therapy and a three-month treatment plan. After a brief laser session, he suggested my neck mobility had improved; I told him I felt no meaningful change. I was uncomfortable committing to an expensive plan without confidence that it met my needs. My disappointment was not with the staff, but with the difference between the treatment I requested and what was offered, and how late I learned of the limitation on manual adjustments. I hope this helps improve transparency for future patients. God bless.

  I became a patient here about two months ago due to chronic neck pain. After a couple of visits, much of the pain went away. Today, it’s completely gone. These people are the real deal.

  I’ve had a great experience at The Scottsdale Chiropractor! I am just over halfway through my treatment plan and have noticed a significant improvement in my overall pain and quality of life as the pain isn’t distracting me from my day to day or ability to work and complete tasks anymore. Both doctors are excellent and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I was drawn to this office because they start your treatment plan with x-rays so you can get down to the root of the issues, and every other visit includes PT. When my treatment plan is finished i will continue to schedule regular maintenance visits as well. So grateful to have found you guys!
