He was thorough in his explanation and helped me get the best fit for the inserts and shoes that would meet my needs. The only part of my visit that wasn't great; was once I agreed to the full 3 Step package and shoes pricing that was shown on the lamenated price sheet, the subtotal price increased by $10.40 at the register. I did not realize it until I left out of the store and sat in my car. When I went back inside Eric called his regional Mgr and that person said it was that the shoes had a price increase which I get. But with that being after the fact it did diminish an otherwise stellar experience. Also they should update their price sheets because it feels disingenuous to not do so.

Another customer came in as I was receiving the presentation on the arch support system I was there to purchase. Way to be good feet store! You are as good as the ads claim and your employee handled it all like a champ.
