StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab North Scottsdale offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- LRLisa RenkenSep 8, 20265.0Yesterday, Ashley stretched me at North Scottsdale StretchLab. She asked me in advance if there was any injuries or anything specific I was needing. I told her I was having a little trouble with tennis elbow and was a little tight all over. Over the next 50 minutes she actively stretched me. I say actively because she would have me push back at times to increase the overall stretch. She picked up things on my body that I hadn’t told her - like I was more sore and tight on one side. I definitely needed it and feel so much looser and more relaxed. She also gave me a few gentle stretches I could do on my own. Ashley made sure I was comfortable with every stretch she did and explained everything along the way. I felt extremely comfortable with the entire process. The location was immaculate and really smelled good! I will definitely be back!
