  I has a problem that needed immediate attention and Dr. Sandhu saw me outside of normal business hours and then took time to treat my problem as if it was just a normal appointment. Exceptional personal service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

  Okay, look no further this IS the eye office for you! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Dr Sandhu was exceptional—she took her time, was extremely thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how much care she took to answer all of my questions. The office itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and providing an outstanding experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Thank you for making what could have been a routine appointment such a positive experience!

  My experience was not acceptable. This was a dry eye procedure, an amnio procedure, from hell: sensitivity to light, constant migraines, constant cornea abrasion pain, runny eye, runny nose. Vision still fuzzy two days after lens removed. I've had bad lens procedures but once lens removed vision was normal, never anything like this bad, horrible experience, affecting my health and vision. Eye treated, red and looked smaller than the other non treated eye. Husband said it looked like I was punched in the eye. No one explained what type of amniotic membrane or lens would be used, and the product placed was a large ECM/12 mm membrane with a bandage lens. It caused significant visual distortion and discomfort that continued after removal, requiring follow‑up with another doctor to check for corneal injury. I’ve had amniotic procedures before at other clinics and never had anything like this. Transparency and proper communication were lacking, and I will not be returning. They cut corners at this office and don't use the latest, best amnio like a Prokera Slim. Do not recommend them.

  Very thorough and friendly team! Dr. Sandhu is wonderful and provided a very comprehensive workup and treatment plan for my dry eye. I appreciate her research-based practice and deep knowledge of the various medications and technologies available for treatment. I also never feel rushed during our appointments and am able to get all of my questions answered. The office staff is also incredible and helped sort out issues with my medical insurance. I look forward to continuing my care with their team.
