  Great experience at Pearle Vision! I am visiting from out of the area and lost a contact lens yesterday evening. I made an appointment to see Dr. Jason Pick with the goal of getting some new contacts. I had the most thorough eye exam of my nearly 70 year old life - Dr Pick wanted to get the prescription just right and spent as much time as necessary on the task. He then personally called the contact lens company to make sure I received my new contacts ASAP. If that wasn’t enough he gave me some soft contact lenses (I wear and ordered hard) to hold me over until my order comes in. I was so happy I ordered some glasses as well! Highly recommend Dr Pick and his staff!

  I had such a bad experience at this store. I went there for glasses. Picked up my glasses the lenses/prescription was off so much I couldn’t wear them. Called to let them know the rude guy who helped me originally was rude again on the phone. Told me I would get use to them. After a week I called spoke with Seth he was so nice told me to come back in, reexamine for free. Went there today the rude guy was there. Saw Dr Pick he was too busy on his phone and wasn’t listening to me. He started raising his voice so I did as well, I told him he isn’t listening, he told me he admitted he made my right eye Way to strong all while talking loudly over me. I told him I don’t have faith at this point with his service. Spoke with Seth got a refund for the bent frames, they sold me, and the prescription that was totally off. Thank you Seth. I don’t recommend this location.

  For the last few weeks I’ve had issues with dry eyes. I figured I’d stop in and make sure there wasn’t anything major going on. Dr. Pick was amazing! He gave me a quick eye exam and said overall health was great, but a simple switch in my OTC eye drops should help, he even gave me some samples. I’ve had astigmatism my whole life, but no glasses really helped. He cued in on my prescription setting right away!! After years and years of worthless prescriptions I feel like these new glasses are going to be a game changer!! My point is that this was a spur of the moment stop and he took the time to throughly investigate my issues and gave me a referral to a dry eye specialist if my symptoms continue. A simple switch with the eye drops and I feel so much better this morning. So grateful and he’s definitely going to be my new doctor.

  Dr. Pic and his team were PHENOMENAL! They were extremely professional and explained everything to me. Dr. Pic made me feel very comfortable during my exam and actually showed me images of my eyes and explained what he saw. Brandi was very patient as she was fitting the glasses that her team helped me find. They looked great on me! There was absolutely no pressure and they geared me to the frames that looked the best. I absolutely recommend Dr. Peck and the Scottsdale and Shea Pearle Vision Store! I’m one very satisfied customer!
