  Dr. Pick was awesome, my insurance was accepted, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. However, I had issues with the lenses I was sold, and the staff was patronizing about my cleaning etiquette. They insisted their lens spray-solution was strictly necessary, even though the packaged Crizal lens cloth (they provided) explicitly states it can be used to clean your glasses dry or wet. Great for exams, but disappointed with the lens issue and customer service. I'd likely not purchase glasses from their boutique again.

  I needed to update my eyeglass prescription in a hurry after losing my primary glasses. They were able to get me in immediately and I got a complete exam quickly and painlessly! The folks in the shop were friendly, helpful and very professional. I will go back for my future eyecare needs!

  Staff was fine after confusion over insurance was solved. Won’t ever come back to Pearle with their policy being to pass credit card fees to customer. As someone who used to work in the field and had an understanding of the already absurd profit margins, this is offensive!

  Really nice front office staff. Dr Ping was friendly and has a good sense of humor. I was the last patient of the day - no one rushed me. I'll go back.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision Sonora. Just before we were going to head out of town, I noticed that the earpiece cover on one of my sun glass temples had fallen off and was missing. We popped in to the store just 15 minutes before they were going to be closing. The young ladies were so nice and managed to find a replacement part for me! They were wonderful. Thank you so much!
