  I can’t say enough GREAT things about this clinic. I have been in 2 car accidents and was referred to this clinic via my lawyer. Since the first visit all the staff have been AMAZING, sweet/kind, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Dana has been so very knowledgeable and supportive throughout my time with her. I prefer to go the more natural route with my medical care and she has met every need after my accidents and pain. She has recently done Prolo therapy on my knee and it has been so pain relieving and helpful. She has also recently done PRP on my neck and back (hurt in the car accidents), it has been about 3-4 weeks since and I feel great! My back pain and significantly decreased as well as my neck pain. She has also done Trigger point injections for pain in between visits and wow it has made such a difference in my life. I feel like I am able to be way more active and even get back to hot yoga soon! Dr. Leone is also amazing and has been working along side her to keep me out of pain. They are both amazing doctors and I would recommend to all of my friends and family. They are top notch physicians and actually LISTEN to your needs and pain. I am very thankful to them and their staff.

  Came to Dr. Leone & the team (Molly & Savannah) for treatment after an accident which became a blessing in disguise… we found an amazing team that has quickly turned into family! They welcome us with open arms, take care of myself, my partner & our 2 kids, (13y & 7y). We always look forward to coming in, getting our treatments and adjustments. Dr. Dana is also amazing— she has helped us drastically post accident with trigger point injections for the pain/aches. Overall our headaches, aches & pains have gone down since starting our treatments just 2 weeks ago. Talented team… highly recommend for ALL walks of life & ALL ages!

  To start off this review, the care that Dr. Nicolette has provided has been amazing. I've been consistently coming for 6+ months at this point and the back pain I experienced from years of extreme sports has become a memory of the past. Week after week the doc keeps me squared away and happy. Every visit, she goes above and beyond to address anything new that might've popped up. Now for the rest of the staff: the team as a whole are amazing and give you the care you'd only expect from family. Stepping into the office is always a highlight of my week. While I reap the rewards of investing in my health, I feel as if the entire team are equally invested in me. Personal recommendations: I've got two torn shoulders, and knees that have a personal vendetta against me. The laser therapy and shockwave have been lifesavers when I manage to aggravate them. Regardless of your injury or pain point, the team has the top notch equipment, knowledge, and skill to help you through it. Final note: the team here is truly amazing and has helped transform my life in living pain free. I only share my experience in hopes that it helps someone else to find them & to experience same care that I have benefitted from!

  The team at NXT level has been treating my boyfriend. Due to a car crash, he was in constant pain which reflected on his day to day life. After beginning treatment at NXL Level i could see a change in the way he carries himself. Thanks to NXT Level, my boyfriend is in good health and back to himself.

  The team at NXT level is immaculate in both their care and professionalism. They are extremely welcoming, polite, and always greet you with a smile and genuine kindness. The difference in my pain level from before NXT Level and after NXT Level is exponential due to their attentiveness.
