Our medical, dental and counseling providers are committed to providing superior primary and preventive care for your entire family. Cholla Health Center is nationally recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means we deliver the highest standard of primary care to you and your family. We accept most commercial insurance, AHCCCS and Medicare, and offer a sliding-fee scale based on income and family size. Patients are treated regardless of financial or insurance status.
