- CWCindy Winston6 days ago3.0I like Dr Li a lot. She is very kind and thorough. She goes out of her way to listen to what you want in a contact lense (my prescription is involved). I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Li. While I have have had an overall positive experience with this location's Lens Crafters staff and purchasing glasses with their assistance, I will say their advertised 40 percent off is a scam and misleading. Apparently, if you are using insurance, it puts you at a disadvantage and the discount does not apply to you. Do people with insurance not deserve a discount too? By the time you purchase frames and basic lenses without the perks, the cost of eyeware can still run hundreds even after insurance. Maybe Costco is a better option?
