The representative’s response was, “What do you want me to do about that?” followed by laughter. He completely failed to listen to the actual issue, which was that the website wasn’t allowing me to enter my prescription information. When I tried to explain the situation further, he responded, “I can’t see your screen, so…” which I completely understand, but there was absolutely no attempt to actually help troubleshoot the issue or provide an alternative solution. I even told him that his response and attitude were not supportive or helpful, and instead of addressing the concern, he HUNG UP on me. I have never experienced customer service this rude and dismissive. If someone is calling your store for help, the bare minimum is to listen, communicate respectfully, and try to find a solution. This interaction was incredibly dismissive. Don’t bother calling this location for help.
