Went into LensCrafters at fashion square and my guy Jerry made the process of getting new sunglasses seamless. I received my new sunglasses in less than a week (4 days) and couldn’t be happier. Jerry is helpful and knowledgeable and will get you your next pair of glasses and resolve any issues, questions, comments, and or concerns.

I had new lens put in my frames from the previous year, the frames were damaged in the process of installing the new lens. Rather than take accountability they deflected saying it wasn’t them. David the assistant store manager was extremely rude, and defensive rather than listening to a customer’s concerns and trying to come to a resolution. I have been going to the Scottsdale Fashion Square store for years, I will never be back. They have lost my family’s business! Horrible customer service! The response from the owner makes makes this experience even better!
