I came in to pick up my new glasses and asked him to clean my old pair, which I also purchased from LensCrafters. He slammed my new glasses case onto the counter, then simply sprayed some water on my old glasses, wiped them, and was done. Funny.

I originally got my prescription glasses here, and the whole process was so easy and seamless from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and I ended up with the exact pair I wanted. I stopped in again today because my glasses needed a quick adjustment, and Jerry, the store manager, was so kind and took care of everything right away. He had them fixed and fitting perfectly in just a few minutes, and he was genuinely so friendly and welcoming the entire time. It's honestly so refreshing to receive customer service from someone who clearly cares about people and wants them to leave happy. Every time I've come here, I've had such a positive experience, and today was no exception. Huge thank you to Jerry for making my day and reminding me why I always come back to this location.
