The workouts are always great, the instructors are super motivational and knowledgeable, and the community of people are so welcoming. I love the class variety, signature, strength, cardio, and mindful flow classes. Overall a great studio!

Every instructor is incredible but I have to give Grace in particular a shoutout. When I was coming back from an injury (not barre related!) she gave me modifications and encouraged me to help me get stronger. Everyone at the front desk is also so kind and welcoming! Everyone is so genuine - both members and staff - and I love that it's a place for every body to get stronger and feel their best. I never hear about "earning" food or working off calories. It's all about empowering, strength, and mindfulness.

My sister referred me to barre class and I've been loving it! I don't know how or where they find them, but all the instructors are the kindest people. I've been to many locations and they take time to genuinely get to know you, and always have a smile on their face. I haven't loved other types of classes in the past, but with barre I always leave feeling refreshed (rather than completely exhausted). Highly recommend!
