  You have to check out this new yoga studio! The instructors are so welcoming and they offer a variety of classes. Plus, they are great about giving modifications without making you feel less than for using them. It's not heated, so you don't have to worry about that. I highly recommend the Roll & Restore on Sunday with Karen and any class with Taylor R!

  Me and my husband love the "vibe" and great cool temps at Balance Studio. With a variety of classes to choose from, especially a non-heated yoga space, we get to experience workouts that fit our every need from stretching to cardio to restorative and relaxation at all levels. It's well worth checking out, enjoying the classes and beautiful new space.

The space is beautifully designed, creating a serene environment that enhances your yoga experience. The instructors here are amazing. Each one is knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about helping students of all levels. They take the time to understand your individual needs and guide you through the practice with care and expertise. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will find your class here!

  Such a wonderful new studio! The class I went to was taught by a very knowledgeable and incredible instructor, Jennie. They had all the supplies you may need as well, such as blocks, straps, blankets, and mats. The class was well paced and great for yogis of all levels of experience. Can’t wait to come back!
