I had my procedure done back in October 2025 for my abdominal region. I went into this procedure knowing I was overweight and that this was not a weight loss procedure, hoping to gain a bit of confidence back as I worked on the weight loss. The procedure started well with the numbing process and I felt comfortable. When the doctor started to remove the fat near the ribs, I was numb and only felt a strange vibrations but nothing bad. When the doctor started on my lower stomach however it was immediately painful. I voiced my concern and the doctor focused elsewhere to let the numbing take effect better. Except it didn't, he returned to my lower abdomen and it was still painful to the point I was tearing up. He switched to a smaller end saying that would fix it, it still hurt enough I spent the remainder of the procedure trying not to cry and so tensed up my muscles were shaking and sore. They boast a 48 hour downtime before being able to start moving slowly with walks and such. Wearing the compression garments 24/7 and walking to help promote healing the bruises were horrific. It hurt to stand or even sit. It hurt to move for two weeks and I couldn't walk normally. After week 3 I was finally able to start walking normally again. At 3 months I took photos to compare my results to before and couldn't see a difference, while disappointed, I decided to wait for month 6 when the swelling should be gone. At over six months later, and a weight that has gone down several pounds since October, this is still no real difference in appearance. I wasn't hoping for a miracle fix just something to help me gain a bit of confidence and for $8000 I was hoping to see anything different. I would not recommend this for people it was painful and wasn't worth a fraction of the price I paid.

I was so excited about this process. The consultation was easy and seemed promising. I paid for upper and lower abdomen and completed my procedure in February. I paid extra for the skin tightening as well. I noticed that all of my swelling had gone down, and my upper abdomen looked fine, but I still had a ton of fat and weird shaped areas on my lower abdomen. I addressed this during my 3-month check in and the nurse kept reassuring me that the swelling will go down but I can speak to Dr. Webb at my 6-month checkup. I know my body, and I know that this is not swelling, it almost looks like the entire lower abdomen was missed and I am devastated that I paid $7,000 for this procedure for my lower abdomen to look the same! I called the office manager, and she was not empathetic at all. I just asked if I could see Dr. Webb and address my concerns with him. She would not let me schedule an appointment to speak with Dr. Webb and immediately stated if there's a revision done then there will be a fee. WHY am I being charged a fee for something that should've been done during my procedure, and why am I not allowed to meet with the Doctor?? I attached a reference photo of what it looks like after almost 6-months of me following the post-op care instructions literally to a T and even wearing my faja for weeks following what they recommended just because I could tell something didn't seem right. I even had a friend who hadn't seen in a while ask me why I didn't go through with the liposuction when they saw me (AFTER MY PROCEDURE) .... I should not have to pay an additional fee for an area that clearly was not completed and looks missed. $7,000 might not be a lot to this office and their staff, but for me it is and I was hopeful this "minor" procedure would've been exactly what I needed, and now I just feel like I wasted money and I don't know what to do. I would really do your research and read all of the reviews (not just their Instagram page) before making your decision. I am forced to wait until my 6-month checkup to see what extra money it's going to cost me for them to fix this area, but as an unhappy patient and customer, this is disheartening. I am certain if this was my "after" picture from another office and showed it to Airsculpt, they would not be pleased with this work, but it's THEIR work.... Jennifer L.
