- ETEmily troutman3 days ago1.0You could tell the provider didn’t have clinical experience or good bedside manner. She asked for the other parent to hold the baby while she placed a tb test due to safety of the baby, I told her it was fine multiple times, I stated I’m not trying to be difficult then she rebutted but yet you are. Worst provider experience ever. After this tb read this will be the last time I use this place. I’ve had blood drawn holding my first, I’ve had ultrasounds done holding my first, I’ve had IVs placed holding my first, and no one’s said a damn thing but this lady over a tb placement. It’s a tad ridiculous she could’ve had the test placed and over with instead of all the back and forth.

- CBChristina BFeb 2, 20261.0We’ve previously had good experiences here, but this visit was extremely disappointing. My daughter was diagnosed with both a sinus infection and an ear infection, yet NP Lyndsey told us to wait until day 11 and then schedule another appointment for antibiotics because the body “needs 10 days,” despite already being on day 8. Most concerning, we were told she was contagious due to draining eyes and cold symptoms, but still advised to send her to school. We left feeling dismissed and as though we were being asked to wait until the infection worsened while she continued to suffer. Thankfully, we were seen later the same day by a physician who examined her ears and immediately prescribed a Z-Pak. This experience has made us reconsider using this clinic going forward.
