  They were able to get my son in quickly and check his eye for any injury. The provider was super attentive, kind and helpful. My son felt super comfortable and she walked him through exactly what she was going to do at every step. Highly recommend

  Amazing doctor, one of the best doctor we have met after a long time. Very knowledgeable and have lot of patience, answered and explained each and everything in detail. Above and beyond experience. Staff is awesome as well. 5 stars!!

  The optometrist, Dr. Luce, was delightful, professional, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to answer all of our questions and even provided information beyond what we had asked. We would highly recommend her! Unfortunately, our experience purchasing eyeglasses was an entirely different story. The process felt more like buying a car than purchasing glasses. We spent over two and a half hours there and felt as though we were being upsold on virtually everything. While the sales associate was generally very kind, her reaction when we asked to remove additional options made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and, at times, even demeaned. Despite having excellent insurance coverage, our initial quote came in at nearly $400 per pair. After requesting that the numerous add-ons we had never asked for be removed, the price dropped to $144 per pair, which we felt was reasonable. However, the aggressive sales approach left us feeling as though we were being taken advantage of rather than genuinely helped. Ultimately, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We ended up purchasing both pairs of glasses for just $190 total at another retailer, and that price included all of the upgrades that had been presented as extremely expensive add-ons at Target Optical. It's unfortunate because the optometrist herself was wonderful, but the sales experience overshadowed what could have otherwise been a very positive visit. I would encourage management to reevaluate the sales approach, as customers should feel informed, respected, and comfortable with their purchasing decisions—not pressured or made to feel guilty for declining unnecessary extras.
