  Eye Doctor was super nice and easy to talk to! Staff was nice and easy going! Definitely would recommend this place will be going back.

  Dr T was excellent! She was patient, kind Amd best of all knowledgeable! She took extra time with me knowing i had issues getting eye exams in the past. All the staff was upbeat and friendly!

  Logan was awesome. He was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Aimee was very friendly and made me feel at ease during my exam. Leslie was a joy to work with and her knowledge of the insurance coverage was amazing. I was dreading going in for the exam, but the three of them made me glad that I did. I actually enjoyed the visit because of them.

  Target Optical is great. I shop at Target so I like that my eye place is conveniently located inside the store. The staff were very nice and helpful to me. And Dr. Amy was amazing. I definitely recommend this place!

  I had a really positive experience with everyone at the office during my eye exam. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was different. During the eye testing, I felt that her tone was somewhat rude and impatient. I had never done this particular test before, so I was trying to understand how to properly position and align my eye. During the second eye, I was having difficulty because the machine did not seem to be positioned correctly, so I kept adjusting my back. Instead of explaining what I needed to do, she asked, “What are you even doing?” in a tone that I found dismissive and rude. I explained that I was having difficulty because of the positioning of the machine, and she then adjusted it. I understand that eye exams can be routine for medical professionals, but for a patient experiencing the test for the first time, a little patience and empathy can make a big difference. I want to emphasize that the rest of the staff were wonderful. My concern is specifically with how the interaction with the doctor made me feel. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, because people deserve to feel comfortable and respected when receiving medical care.
