Your staff should have better attitudes, my boyfriend and I felt nothing but belittled especially with Avery at the Customer Service desk. Instead of just assuming maybe you guys actually should've looked more into our issue, maybe even looked at the gas gauge and seen that it was empty because it worked perfectly fine the night before. Its not our problem that you guys are too lazy to do your jobs and provide basic customer service and have some sort of empathy.

- TDTrish DotsonJan 3, 20262.0When you are told when your script will be done, then you wait an extra day to be sure….you should have it ready for a quick pick up. Seems to me there is an issue with laziness. I’m sure I’m not the only one this happens to at this location. I think they wait till you show up and tell you “they are still working on it” like they are restoring a historical painting. Just have your scrips ready when you say they will be ready. And maybe, when you do fall short, you look your customer in the eye, apologize and fill it as quickly as possible.
