Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

The worst customer service of any place, both this frys and the one in Prescott Valley are both terrible. The pharmacists are rude and lazy and act like doing their job is a total inconvenience to them. They constantly say they cannot fill prescriptions because of their "time locked safe" but sometimes they say it cannot be opened until after 3pm but I just called them at 4pm and they said the same lame excuse. These people need to be investigated and punished. If there was a place near by the actually had my meds I would go to them. These people just suck and cannot do anything that will force them to actually work faster than the speed of mold growing on bad produce. I don't get how can get away with treating people so poorly. I will be making a complaint with the state board.

I just have to say this is the first time using frys Pharmacy on willow creek road. The person , by the name of cody , with long , curly hair is extremely rude. I called the night before and asked if I could have my prescription filled by 930.The next morning , as I had a limited ride. The lady told me that would be no problem , and they could have it ready by nine thirty for sure. When i walk in and walked up to the counter Cody,The long-haired guy started yelling at me immediately saying we told you yesterday It wouldn't be ready until after 3 o'clock. Why are you here so early. I proceeded to let that person know I called the night before and the lady told me it was okay to come in at 9:30 AM because I had a limited ride. The person Cody decided to yell saying well.I can't have it ready by 930.Because I have other prescriptions that need to be filled first so it will be at least ten thirty at the latest. When I told her, I needed it, at least by 945. Because my brother has to have the car to go to work and he will be gone for 2 days. He proceeded to yell at me saying, well, you should still have 2 days left of your prescription. So , you should be okay until then. I told him that wasn't the point and I just lost my father and was having difficult time , especially needing my anxiety medicine really bad so he just continued to yell, saying well ,I'm not gonna be able to have it ready by 930.So you can either wait till ten thirty or whenever I have it ready. I finally was able to talk to his boss and she corrected everything and had him fill it right then.Even though he still took his time and it wasn't ready until ten o'clock making my brother late for work. There was no need for the rudeness and yelling as I complained to his boss about him.Yelling at me as soon as I stepped foot in front of the counter and she said, yes, you're right, I saw that, and I will report it so I asked if there was a paper I could fill out or someone I could call to make an official complaint and she said, I will make the complaint so now I'm going to call the pharmacy board to make another complaint especially on this one employee who should not be working there anymore. I finally asked CVS to move my prescriptions back to them. Because I cannot deal with that kind of rudeness and disrespect. And the fact he's still working There is shocking to me, especially after all of the bad reviews I've read about him. Cody needs to be fired.

The new male cashier at the pharmacy with long black tangled hair is super rude. I have been multiple times, me and everyone in line know and we all crossed our fingers hoping we would not have to work with him. I understand not to many options in town. We switched to home delivery now just not worth dealing with someone like him.
I understand everyone has bad days. This one is always looking to pick a fight with customers. No one needs that when unwell.
