I called, asked a few questions and started taking classes. I’ve taken 6 classes so far and have now started consistently going 2-3x a week. I highly recommend this studio! Kind and knowledgeable instructors. Spotless studio! Personable, understanding staff.

Found the workout to be a very good total body workout , more than I expected. Our instructor was named Hope , she was very knowledgeable and joy to have leading the class.
