  I took my dad in for his annual hearing check up today! Cathy did a great job of greeting us and getting us ready for his appointment with Susan. Susan was wonderful! She was very thorough and patient with my dad and kept him apprised of all that was going on during his visit. He now has the new app on his phone and can control his hearing aid devices with ease. Thank you to both ladies at miracle ear Prescott Valley!

  Amazing experience as this was the first time having a hearing test. Susan is such a caring professional person. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person to be tested by. Thank you.

  I had my hearing tested yesterday and wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that I had a great experience. The tester was knowledgeable and it was easy to develop a good rapport him. I kinda had fun, but I don't get out much truth be told. I ALMOST need hearing aids, and COULD use them. Despite that, there was no hard sell. I will absolutely be back in a few years when I need them. I did get to test them and I have to say they are not what I was expecting. There are a good product. I would absolutely wear these when necessary. Rock on!

  The staff at the Miracle Ear Prescott Valley office are wonderful. I was given a warm welcome by Kathy, Susan actually listened to my concerns and after the test she fitted me with over the ear hearing aids. They were fine but after wearing them for a bit, I asked to try the in-the-ear hearing aids - I absolutely love them! I've had several "cleaning" appointments and am always treated like family. I truly bless the day I hesitantly walked into this office not really trusting I would be helped. I walked out feeling on top of the world! Thank you Kathy, Susan and Justin!!!
