  I had my hearing tested yesterday and wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that I had a great experience. The tester was knowledgeable and it was easy to develop a good rapport him. I kinda had fun, but I don't get out much truth be told. I ALMOST need hearing aids, and COULD use them. Despite that, there was no hard sell. I will absolutely be back in a few years when I need them. I did get to test them and I have to say they are not what I was expecting. There are a good product. I would absolutely wear these when necessary. Rock on!

  The staff at the Miracle Ear Prescott Valley office are wonderful. I was given a warm welcome by Kathy, Susan actually listened to my concerns and after the test she fitted me with over the ear hearing aids. They were fine but after wearing them for a bit, I asked to try the in-the-ear hearing aids - I absolutely love them! I've had several "cleaning" appointments and am always treated like family. I truly bless the day I hesitantly walked into this office not really trusting I would be helped. I walked out feeling on top of the world! Thank you Kathy, Susan and Justin!!!

  My Grandpa resisted going. He was pleasantly surprised. He was greeted by the friendly office manager, Kathy. She made him coffee and talked with him. After his evaluation with Susan, he was fit with the perfect hearing aids. Their newest technology allows him to connect to his phone through their app, And hear with clarity in his car, restaurants, at church, everywhere. I live out of state but my grandpa and I can now talk. Catch up. He can hear his grandkids on the phone. He couldn't be happier! Thank you Susan, Kathy and Miracle-Ear Prescott Valley!

  The Miracle Ear office in Prescott Valley, AZ is really great. The office manager, Kathy is REALLY friendly and helpful. She even serviced my units when the Specialist was unavailable for my visit! This office has had a lot of turnover among staff in the last few years, but I've really liked every Specialist I've seen, and Kathy has been consistently wonderful.
