- DADiana Alvarez3 days ago1.0This pharmacy has to be the absolute worst of the worst. The associates are beyond rude and lack compassion for their customers. Even if you are just checking on a RX they have the worst attitudes. I understand they are very busy, but they need to respect people. Customer service skills need some serious work. What a shame!
- EEEcoBeachMom6 days ago1.0By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Medication’s are rarely in stock therefore you have to wait several days if not a week or two to get said medication. (Basic medication) Notifications that medication’s are ready for pick up do not exist. You have to continuously call and get updates.. There is zero communication between doctors and the pharmacist so when there is issues with insurance or medication, it is on the patient to be the Messenger between the two. I began coming here due to convenience, but at this point, I have switched to CVS or Walgreens, which is a lot more thorough, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Unless you want to add aspirin to your medication list for the headache, you will get at this location. I suggest finding a different pharmacist.

When they confirmed and I showed up late to pick it up they said it wasn’t available. When I asked if there was anyway it could be ready first thing they added a note and said it would be filled first thing. When I called they said it won’t be filled until 9. What was the point of having a manager step in to clear this up and ensure it would be filled right away? It’s infuriating being told something and never having it pull through. Do better.

Chris specifically is the most hostile person ive ever seen working with customers. I didnt hear what he said when he asked the dose. He imediatly got frustrated and shouted dose in a condescending tone. I'm sick of this place, and switching pharmacies.
