- CIChelsea IAug 29, 20261.0I was in here trying on glasses with my fiancé. A family entered the store and one of the family members asked the sales associate (tall, blonde, older woman) a question. The sales associate responded something to the lines of “I don’t know. I just got here” to the customer then went back on her phone. As someone who was in the store, I was appalled by the associate’s response as it was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left immediately with my fiancé who was considering buying glasses. I would not come back to this location as I did not appreciate how that staff member spoke to that family unit. So rude and disrespectful. You don’t talk that way to people in general, but especially when providing a health related service.
