  I had a great experience at the Warby Parker at the Biltmore fashion park. I easily scheduled my appointment online. When I arrived I was taken care of immediately and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised at the selection of frames in my price range. Also the process of ordering my glasses was super fast and they deliver directly to my door.

  It was a wonderful experience upon entering the establishment. Upon entering, we were greeted by Ms. Carey and she was polite, informative and made herself available for further assistance. She informative how the process works, pricing and the ability to use our insurance if we preferred. She even told us of other services offered, such as eye examinations on site if required. We did decided to purchase a pair of glasses and the process was as previously stated and she continued to answer our question the process continued. I would clearly come back. It was a great experience and a great job performed by Ms. Carvey- great job.
