- CIChelsea I6 days ago1.0I was in here trying on glasses with my fiancé. A family entered the store and one of the family members asked the sales associate (tall, blonde, older woman) a question. The sales associate responded something to the lines of “I don’t know. I just got here” to the customer then went back on her phone. As someone who was in the store, I was appalled by the associate’s response as it was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left immediately with my fiancé who was considering buying glasses. I would not come back to this location as I did not appreciate how that staff member spoke to that family unit. So rude and disrespectful. You don’t talk that way to people in general, but especially when providing a health related service.

Put 258 bucks on a perpaid debit card wasn't enough 😒 for some reason 🤷♀️still got my glasses done for cheap and decent employees love there many styles of frames. But,I'm willing to try this place again some time in the future.

I actually found a pair I hadn't even considered beforehand and absolutely love them. The associate was incredibly kind, patient, and made the entire process easy, including filing my insurance claim during checkout.
