  The hygienist I had Bri was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and safe while cleaning my teeth! And the dentist was very nice and actually welcomed my concerns and talked me through them! They also took my MetLife insurance which is a big help! I will definitely come back again.

  The office is very helpful with questions, my hygienist was amazing, explained everything to me. The doctor was Amazing, he too explained everything to me. My husband and I were both glad we went there.

  I had a very positive experience at Valley Smiles. It had been awhile since I was at a Dental Office and the whole staff made me feel very welcome. I was impressed at the amount of time each staff member spent explaining things and never made me feel rushed or like "just another patient". Dr. Towner was very upfront and knowledgeable and spent time explaining results to me which was appreciated. Thank you for a positive experience.

  I was very happy with Dr. Towner and the comfort he gave me while being in his exam chair, from explaining the situation that is happening with my tooth, to the recommended procedure, and even during the procedure- informing me on the steps in the process. DA + supporting staff were all great as well! I was treated like a close friend rather than a patient. Would definitely recommend this facility go any new individuals looking for a safe environment

  I have been to multiple dentists over the years and none of them can even come close to this place. Staff was extremely nice and caring. I was in for what I would call an emergency extraction of a front tooth that broke off at the gumline and dr Towner could not have been better at explaining the process and putting me at ease. Unfortunately same day extraction was not permissible due to infection preventing the area to be fully numb. Dr Towner explained in great detail that a day or 2 of antibiotics would help and today he was able to successfully extract the tooth with absolutely no complications. He was by far the best Dr I have ever had poke around in my mouth and I dont say that lightly. I highly recommend this location especially for someone who has ptsd regarding dentists and needles. I will gladly be seeing him in the future to fix my many issues regarding my teeth
