Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went into the little clinic today for the first time because I’ve been so sick. I went in and had a little trouble with my insurance card, and it took me probably 20 minutes to figure out all the login information. Typical stuff yk, unfortunately for me miss Emma Breckenridge was my nurse practitioner. She made sure it was known that bc I took so long for my insurance card I was now bleeding into her lunch. Unaware of their lunch schedules bc I’ve never been there and so sick that even thinking of food has made me ill.
I told her the things I’ve been dealing with and she told me “well we can run the tests but it’s already my lunch time and that’s gonna take another 10 minutes” then she kept this pissy attitude the whole visit. Saying “I couldddd run tests but it’s gonna take time and money” the she said “you can also wait and see if the symptoms get worse but until then I can’t treat something that’s not already happening”. Mind you I’m afraid I have a kidney infection and she did a bladder test on me. If the symptoms “ get worse” they can become very deadly very fast.
God forbid a girl try to get in front of a sickness, before things get worse.
I had a fever, full body aches, and severe kidney pain and she prescribed me Flonase for my stuffy nose.
Don’t waste your time here, especially if you’re anywhere near that big backs lunch time.

I was a walk-in. I encountered three employees. All of whom were polite and courteous.

Not really a walk-in clinic anymore. Went to be seen today for an ear infection, I got there at 8:27 and was told they are all booked up and I can sit in my car and wait and hope no one shows up. No one was there my visit would only take a few minutes but nope.

Despite having signed in online, being informed the was no wait, and our "appointment"was in 10 minutes which caused us to rush out of the house to get there, we were told upon arrival that we had to wait another 30 minutes because the provider was on lunch. I'm not upset the provider was on lunch. I'm upset that we were left to believe that our appointment was immediately. I'm upset because the system did not account for a lunch break. Other clinics' systems do this. Why can't this one?
