She was very friendly and knowledgeable and she definitely made my experience a good one.

Later Around 5pm traffic was getting slower on freeway, then stopped. I called continuosly for 45 minutes - recording! I arrived at 6:04 pm. Still tried calling! Place was locked up! You'd think after 29 calls in 45 minutes someone would have the decency to call me back! When I talked to a real person at 2pm you'd think they would've left a note alerting someone I was coming for these desparately needed glasses. I called 29 times from 5pm got no answer or callback! Paid $550.00 for those glasses. Three 90 mile round trips!! Gas $ omg!! I did not get any discounts on the $550. Seems to me i should get my $25 birthday or something. Never got an itemized bill. Last time I got eyeware, I came in for hard contact lenses which I was assured you sold. I paid $250+ for them (along with 2 pair of glasses another $300+) I cannot wear gas permeable lenses. I expressed that so many times! Uselessly. But I paid for them and never wore them! Why do i pay $500+ for glasses and everyone else charges less than half? I even got $90 frames to ke
