Fran is amazing I’m going to miss her after she retires! Dr. Yoon was super informative about my eyes and made sure she explained herself with everything she was doing which I never had in a doctor in general. I will definitely be coming back with Dr. Yoon.

Dr. Patel and Tad were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The service was prompt. They easily walked me through my results, insurance, and frame and lens options. Would definitely use them or refer others.

The staff at this Target Optical is Top Tier from front to back. Fran & Tad have known and remembered me since I was 14 years old (I am now 36) and have seen me through my many frames and lenses. They are friendly, helpful, and absolutely a ball to banter with. Dr. Patel and Dr. Yoon have always made sure I understand every step of the exams and made sure I walk out feeling like I could always see. No joke, you will never regret having this crew as your eye docs.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fran, the optician manager, and Tad, the associate. The level of professionalism and customer service was far below what I would expect from an optical office. Fran was dismissive and unhelpful, and instead of making me feel like a valued customer, I felt ignored and frustrated. Tad’s attitude and communication were equally disappointing. Neither seemed particularly interested in addressing my concerns or making the experience better. What should have been a simple and straightforward visit turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Management should seriously reconsider how customers are being treated and provide better training on professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. I would not recommend dealing with Fran or Tad based on my experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fran, the optician manager, and Tad, the associate. She actively talks bad about her own employees to customers whether they’re in the room or not in the room.Tad’s attitude and communication were equally disappointing. On top of everything if tad feels like you’re not going to make a sale, he will actively not help you and leave you drowning and leave you waiting until he feels like you’re ready to buy he will actively ignore you for other customers if you are unsure about any part of the process What should have been a simple and straightforward visit turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I would not recommend dealing with Fran or Tad based on my experience. I would not recommend this location in general. I feel like it needs a whole New crew that works here because the one that they have currently on top of the manager, Fran is unacceptable and they should not be in customer service if they don’t wanna help anyone.
