I opened the door, and the manager said everything was already closed out and shut down. Some may think it is petty to say anything, but if your doors and app say you don't close until 10p, then you shouldn't be already shut down before it is actually 10p. Unfortunately, I didn't get the pm managers name for 3/17/25, but he stinks.

I am very frustrated that they didn’t let me know they wouldn’t have my antibiotic for 3 days when I needed to start it the same day. I am deathly ill and it’s affecting my breast milk supply to feed my infant.
