So here I am at Safeway over on Glendale and 7th Street. And for some reason they never have enough trained staff in the deli during the busy times is always only two people there taking orders and there's always five or six people online so it takes you 15-20 minutes to get out of the deli with a half a pound of sliced Genoa salami that is unacceptable

I had the most apathetic, rude, customer service interaction I have ever had regarding getting a prescription filled. The pharmacy could not fill the entire prescription and it would be two more days until they could fill it. The tech/assistant would not call another pharmacy and transfer the prescription so I could get it filled that day. Even the pharmacist was not happy about trying to resolve the situation. Will not use that pharmacy ever again. However, the customer service at the Osco Pharmacy on 19th and Northern was outstanding, truly exceptional. I w ill be doing all my business at that location. Absolutely incompetent staff. They are beyond slow (20 minutes to get through 3 customers), arrogantly dismissive (just the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen - grow up!), and never have prescriptions ready in time. I’m not sure I’ve ever gone there and had even a slightly below pleasant experience. It is always excruciating. Highly, highly recommend going elsewhere for your prescription needs until the staff here changes.

Switched here after a nightmare experience at certain drugstores and it's been a wonderful change. Kind and helpful pharmacists and easy to manage my prescriptions online.
