  I really did not appreciate the customer service by the gentleman who was supposed to service my son. First of all he stood up over him and did not seat down to make sure his fitting was right. and see if the glasses were right to his face. The guy who waited on him when he first purchase the glasses was very professional and patient and took time with him. If I spend my money I want the professional and not be brush off.

  Dr. Paul is excellent! I’ve gone to him for over 40 years and he always gets my prescription perfect and shares detailed explanations about the various tests and the health of your eyes. I trust him explicitly and am so grateful for his knowledge, professionalism and compassionate care throughout all of these years. George is very helpful, knowledgeable and talented assisting with selection and measuring for new glasses. He has been at Pearle for many years and they are very fortunate to have him! The reception staff were personable and knowledgeable in setting up and doing the various tests. It would be helpful if they had more information as to why some of the tests were needed as I had already had some of them recently at my Opthamologist’s office.
