  Very impressed with the service here- my mom was here from out of town and had a hearing aid issue-they saw her the same day despite not being a client of theirs, sorted her problem and gave her advice for what to do next time.

  Joann was very professional and was very knowledge about hearing loss. i had no idea I had hearing loss until I came in. She made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me into anything. The receptionist is amazing and kind and put me at ease when I came in and I was nervous. they worked with me to get these hearing aids as fast as possible because I am in nursing school . For all future hearing needs I will come here as they really make you feel like they care about you as a person and making your life better. thank you for helping me with this overwhelming process of getting my first hearing aids and helping me find ones that would work with my life style and school scenarios.
