  I had an absolutely amazing experience with DNA Group and LensCrafters at 75th Avenue and Thomas! Sheila Nolen provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed. What impressed me the most was how she was able to help multiple customers at the same time while still making each person feel like a priority. She never seemed rushed, stayed friendly throughout my visit, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Outstanding service like Sheila’s is hard to find these days. She is a true asset to the team! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional customer care. Thank you, Sheila, for making my visit such a positive experience!

  Alyson was absolutely amazing! She helped me understand the importance of getting an eye exam even though I didn’t think I needed one, after i had taken my wife for an eye appointment. She took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses. She is always smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. Her excellent service made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Alyson if you visit LensCrafters! - Melvyne
