He took the time to explain exactly how my insurance covered my purchase and walked me through all of the lens options without making me feel rushed or pressured. The hardest part was choosing between my final two pairs of glasses, and Mauricio was so helpful in giving honest feedback that made the decision much easier. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Mauricio. He made buying new glasses an enjoyable experience!

I came in with some glasses I was about to return because they weren't fitting well. He whipped out the chart and adjusted my glasses to the point I'm feeling no pain at all. They are sitting on my face without sliding off. Next time I come in, I only want to see Mauricio. Appreciate what he did for me. Really got some Chick-fil-A customer service today.
