I thought I could look at glasses near the front while waiting for someone to call me back, but apparently I was supposed to walk all the way to the exam area and check in there. Because of that confusion, I ended up being nine minutes late, and the doctor refused to see me and told me I would have to reschedule. Very frustrating experience, especially when the store layout and check-in process make it easy to misunderstand where you’re supposed to go.
