No one was at the front desk to greet me so I waited for 10 minutes. It was 3:05 when I got sent back. I was told since I was late, They will not be able to take me for an appointment. I explained the situation and they had absolutely no grace and sent me on my way. I worked in customer service for over a decade and would never treat a customer like that. Would not recommend

I had the most wonderful experience, learned a lot about lenses, chose one of the frames Mauricio chose over my own initial choices, and kept within my budget. He offered suggestions and feedback, definitely skilled at his trade, and I would highly recommend.
