Older gentlemen didn't offer proper assistance to adjust sunglasses and didn't provide recommendations or options to adjust sunglasses. With improper attitude and lack of accomodation, I was disappointed on the lack of assistance this entablishment offers to its customers.

I scheduled an eye exam for glasses when I arrived I was told that I could not have the eye exam unless I paid $40 for a retinal exam, I just had this exam with my ophthalmologist because I have an eye disease. I see an ophthalmologist regularly. I told them that and they said I’d have to have a signed letter from the opthamalogist. I had proof of retinal exam from my patient portal.This should have stated on website or notified to me before. after driving over 3 hrs for this appt. a real shame!. i was turned away because I wouldn’t pay cash extra for a retinal exam Which I already had with my ophthalmologist 3 wks previous. it should be posted On their website should state that you will be refused basic eye exam for glasses Without paying out of your pocket for retinal exam. Another way to make money off you.Filed complaint with Insurance for investigation.

No pressure at all to buy anything, but let me know a general price and told me I’m welcome to come by or go online to get an exam or a quote on my new glasses when it’s time <3 huge selection of frames, I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re wanting to try something new.
