The manager kept telling me I purchased the frames way back in early July which was entirely false, they were purchased 30 days ago. She refused to help after wasting 20 minutes of my time for no reason and send me away. I’ve invested about $1600 with LensCrafters in the last few months and am unable to wear my new glasses and sunglasses.
