  Apart from not answering the phone at all 90% of the time, the staff are friendly and usually have no problems with donating. They do however need to work on answering the phone..tried calling 19 times now throughout the day and still no answer..

  Staff is rude and i do not care I am saying names!!! MICHAEL AND DIANE, Michael is extremely rude told me to go home when they had put my ssn incorrectly into the computer and Diane she’s just rude told her I wasn’t comfortable with her she pricks my finger hard leaving bruises had said the same thing to leave, not only that they will lie about your pulse for you to get deferred, happens every week multiple times a week I have never had a problem with my pulse before coming to this place I have been deferred more times than I’ve actually donated in this place, they favorite people and it’s so obvious so please don’t go here it’s not worth it!!!

  I actually just went to check on becoming a new donor again. I previously used to donate at this location for 4 to 5 years. Good and friendly workers in the past.
