  TWO hours for a simple transfer. They had me sitting there for two hours waiting when the other center had it done in 5 minutes. They call me after 2 hours and ask "What is it you need?" Now I get to wait longer for 8 people ahead of me before I can even get jabbed. Who is hiring these people? Idk if this was a case of incompetence or purposeful passive aggression, but I will be contacting Corporate this week so I hope you get your story straight.

  I been deferred for elevated pulse, so I went to my primary care to get it cleared and the staff hasn't reached out to me to clear it. I tried calling them but they keep leaving me on hold there's no way to reach out to anyone.

  Horrible experience with the staff.Nobody wanted to help me.Finally.I got through the kiosk that they don't even have it to where you can do it online. That's when I met the best phlebotomist that works there.She was kind her name is Josslyn and she was very caring. The 2 stars that is for the actual center.I give her 5 stars.
