- JIJennifer IlesJun 26, 20262.0Although most staff is friendly. I questioned an issue with a promo and when I spoke to a supervisor named Melissa, she was very rude and dismissive. She didn’t even take then time to go look into my account and when I was explaining the situation she kept over talking me and made me feel stupid for even asking the question. If we as donors did not show up to donate, there would be no reason for that center. I’m even considering not going back to Kedplasma.
