- JOJere Oakley6 days ago5.0I really enjoy the attention to detail and care that is given at Horizon Eye Center. I have been to Horizon Eye Center on Allied Way as well as at Desert Ridge. The staff are excellent, kind and very caring. I see Dr Eric Chen and I cannot say enough good about this doctor. I enjoy his touch of humor along with his dedication to his profession. He never rushes with me. He takes the time to answer questions and goes above and beyond to give me the best care possible. He is done so much to improve the eyesight especially in my right eye. I am forever grateful to Dr Chen.
