  Dr. Ghobraiel and the entire staff were knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the tests. I was very impressed with their efficiency.

  I called in advance and provided my benefits to get a quote for contact lenses and I advise I had stigmatism and was quoted $75 I went in for my exam and then was told cost could range from $200-300$ when I asked why I was told $75 then, the receptionist stated $75 would only be if I had my previous fitting. I drove out about 45 minutes and took the day off work for the appointment. Office has not good communication what so ever & does not quote correctly.

  The receptionist that is on the voice mail menu and sits at the Phoenix office is rude. Dr Lamb was on leave so I met with the other Doctor . . . Zenski ( not spelled correctly). He did not ask me what types of prescription I wanted and provided what he assumed I wanted. My bad for not triple checking because I did check and noted I was missing my contact lenses prescription. I got to Costco and the prescriptions were wrong for my eye glasses. No progressive prescription at all. Dr. zenski did not care about me as a patient or my time. I will find a new office. This place I gave too many chances already! Dr. Lamb is five star and I will miss him. Two stars for Rita who helped me get my prescriptions corrected and faxed to Costco. Update: Rita called me and confirmed my new prescription was faxed to the Costco I was waiting at. I appreciate her action and follow- up she may of just saved a patient to return to Horizon and Dr. Lamb of course !

  I have been with Horizon for years, starting with Lasik surgery, and throughout cataract surgery. Lately there has been issues with my optic nerve and increased pressure. My dr is Dr Lamb and there is no one i trust more. In fact ,when he moved from one site to another...I followed him. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Christine was able to zone in on the type of sunglasses I wanted. Thank you for making me feel special!!

  I was in a catastrophic car accident about 2.5 years ago that left me permanently disabled. In that time, I’ve seen roughly 80 doctors, surgeons, and medical providers across Abrazo, Dignity Health, Barrow Neurological Institute, HonorHealth, and more. Through all of those visits, I have never encountered a receptionist or office staff member as extraordinary as Regina at Horizon Eye Specialists. Because I am bedridden and homebound, I often arrive looking unkempt — messy hair, unable to shower myself — and I was nervous walking into this appointment. But Regina treated me, and every patient who walked through the door, as if we were each the most important person she would see that day. Her kindness was genuine and unmistakable. She was warm, positive, encouraging, compassionate, and truly invested in helping. She was efficient, detailed, and diligent — all while carrying a smile bright enough to lift anyone’s spirits. In all my medical visits, I have never experienced such exceptional customer service from a receptionist. Maya Angelou once said, “People will never forget how you made them feel.” Regina made me feel seen, respected, and cared for at a time when I needed it most. If I ever need an ophthalmologist again, I will return to Horizon Eye Specialists — because people like Regina make all the difference. I've never left a review because of a receptionist in my entire life, but I wanted to leave one because I genuinely hope she gets recognized for her exceptional, superb customer service, representing Horizon Eye Specialists so well! Thank you Regina and Horizon Eye Specialists!
