However, when I called and asked for assistance getting to the right office and the need for a wheel chair, the immediate response and kindness put some of my fears to rest. Then when entering and interacting with the receptionists who were all very engaging, helpful, and most of all smiling, I was instantly calmed. Everyone who I had the pleasure of being assisted by was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Then the doctor walked in. What a breath of fresh air! She was kind, knowledgeable, understanding of my concerns, listened to my ramblings and crying, and then explained the procedure was not something I needed right now. I have been to so many places who are eager to take your insurance or money and do a procedure right away, not the other way around. This to me sets this office, staff, and doctor miles apart from others! I Highly recommend this office for truthful advice, care, and help!

She and her assistants gave me a thorough examination with multiple tests and found the problem which previous doctors did not find. I was referred to another specialist and was treated on the same day.
