  Professional and courteous. It may be “generational” but, it is becoming very difficult to hear and understand the rapid-fire, machine gun approach to talking speech patterns of the younger generation…might want to consider some customer training in slowing down speech and enunciation when talking to older people. Thank you

  I’ve had my vision checked at other places but have never experienced the thoroughness that the doctor at LensCrafters offers! Very satisfied with the exam and the professional service the sales associates offer when searching the large variety of glasses. Thank you

  Pressure you to get unnecessary additional exams that would have been covered by medical insurance. Front person that did some of my tests was pretty abrupt or rude as well and unable to provide responses to eye exam questions which is unfortunate since previous optometry business that was there a few years back was awesome and very friendly. Also had to wait long eventhough I had an appointment. Optometrist herself was knowledgeable but her staff, Lainey, ruined it
