  I went to Frys a few minutes ago to pick up my prescription with my mom and she was talking to the pharmacist KAILI and she spoke a little too fast for my mom to understand so my mom just normally asked her “I’m sorry” and she goes “date. Of. Birth.” With hella attitude already and gave my mom the dirtiest look for no reason. And naturally my mom calls her out respectfully saying that she doesn’t need to be talking to her like that she just asked her to repeat herself and with MORE attitude she repeats “DATE. OF. BIRTH.” And that’s when my mom rightfully gets upset and tells her to go get a different pharmacist to help her out because she’s not going to put up with KAILI being rude and having a massive attitude. So then a different pharmacist attends to my mom (the manager) and she tells him what happened and through out the whole interaction between my mom and the manager KAILI’d yelling from the back “I didn’t do that! I didn’t say it like that!” Or whatever and my mom tells her that she’s not talking to her that’s the reason she had asked for a different pharmacist especially if she’s going to be lying about what really happened.

  I’ve had to call 7 times today b4 I can connect to a person. They don’t pick their phone & let it roll to voicemail 6x b4 picking up. This pharmacy had 2.5 - 3 weeks to order my meds but it’s still not done. Angie tech there made excuses but I told her to order even if I had to pay weeks ago. I called my insurance & miraculously it’s getting paid by insurance now. How do they claim to bill insurance when things keep going wrong. I tried to call the store mgr, but couldn’t get through. Go figure.

  Wouldn't recommend!!!! Every time you call, they either don't answer the phone or it hangs up. You call in a prescription, then they have no record of it. In a nutshell, very poor customer service.
